PMXE Help needed

Finally, after getting my new Laptop in April 2019 the UI is fixed, the original solution didn't do a perfect job so just went back to pmde, i guess it's the resolution of the laptop as my former has 1920x1080 too but with these issues, the new has a 1920x1080 144hz screen as well as the desktop icons and bar icons being smaller than previous. The nonperfect fix neither helped on such things as the skirt plugin so were missing a line i needed for it to work.

So yeah as you can see the text in my PMXE is way too big and can't work with this (OCD makes it impossible for me to use it without a lot of annoying feeling and have a lot going on already) and have seen others where it's the right size. Any that can help me?

Have a 1920x1080 gaming laptop but this happens on my PC also with a 1920x1080 screen and all PMXE that i have ever downloaded does this even the English PMXE so have no idea what's going on, any other programs' text is just fine and no problems so it would just cause problems changing the font size, tried looking it up and ask a few but either theirs was normal or they don't really bother/know.
